Q.) It's been more than 3 business days since I placed my order on joshrosebrook.com, and I still haven't received a shipping notification. What should I do?
A.) First, please check your spam or junk mail folders for any messages from customercare@joshrosebrook.com with the subject "Your order has been shipped!", and also please add customercare@joshrosebrook.com to your Contacts and/or Safe Senders list.
If you still cannot locate a shipping notification email, please send an email to customercare@joshrosebrook.com with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible with your shipment status.
