Reporting a Delayed or Missing Package

When you place an order directly from joshrosebrook.com, our fulfillment team in Southern California works diligently to ship your order within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday excluding US federal holidays) for all in-stock items. If you do not receive a shipping notification with a tracking number after 3 business days of placing an order and have checked your spam and junk mail filters, please contact us at customercare@joshrosebrook.com.

If you have a tracking number for your shipment and unfortunately it is delayed in transit, or marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us and we will work with you on pursuing a missing mail investigation. Please note that if your package was sent via USPS Priority Mail, per their policy we cannot file an investigation with the US Postal Service until 7 days after the original ship date, regardless of the tracked package's status.
