A.) Our Gratitude Rewards Program was refreshed in May 2021 to provide our customers with a more streamlined experience. There are three Gratitude Rewards Tiers: Essential, Complete, and Ultimate. The requirement to advance between tiers is based on the total dollar amount of product purchases you have made in the past 12 months. Points will expire after 13 months of inactivity.
