Shipping During Hot Weather

Q.) Is my product at risk from being shipped during the hot summer months?
A.) Please be reassured that our products go through stability testing at a wide range of temperatures to accommodate truck shipment across North America during all seasons of the year. Our products have an 18-month shelf life from their date of manufacture at our production facility in the United States.

Due to the delicate nature of our formulations, some products may liquefy during transit, especially during the summer. This is completely normal and does not affect the product's efficacy or performance. To restore the wonderful, silky texture of your products, simply refrigerate for 48 hours.
