Opening Sample Jars

Q.) Why Can't I Open The Sample Jars Easily?
A.) If you receive one of our round sample jars, there may not be a perforation on the label between the two halves. Twisting the two halves without removing the label first is not advised. We recommend first peeling off the barcode label from the bottom of the jar and removing the connecting tab between the lids before attempting to twist open the container.
