Is My Jar Under-filled with Product?

Q.) One of my jars appears to be underfilled or has an air pocket where I can see the bottom of the jar, is there a problem?

A.) Please rest assured that your jars are filled to the accurate weight printed on the container. At the time of filling, all jars are volumetrically filled up to the collar at the top of the jar. However, due to the formula's creamy consistency and the smooth glass jar, if the box has been stored on its side during transit it is possible for the contents to slide to one side. This is due to gravity and not an indication that the product contains less than the full amount printed on the container. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any concern.
